A brutally competitive environment, precipitously high demand for diverse candidate outcomes and accelerated search imperatives and timelines have all encouraged us to be more nimble while continuously improving our firm's processes and best practices.

Willingness to pivot and transform is a trait of many successful middle market, non-profit and affordable housing organizations. From protecting your stars with intentionality, to supporting a healthy work/life balance and reinforcing the importance of health and wellness, we've got the COVID-19 lessons that all leaders should adopt now.

One catalyst for the work we do is that organizations do not protect their stars, a theme that has been exacerbated by the remote office. Many of our candidates are passive in nature; they are reasonably happy at their current employer, but their Highest Career Goals & Aspirations (HCGA) are not being met. That's one reason we address why an organization's HR & talent management functions are more important than ever.
